This policy explains the minimum processing planned for the website and pilot. Participants introducing real documents will receive specific terms before activation.
Controller
At this stage, Duevia is a pilot product operated by TraceAI SpA, Las Condes, Chile. Contact: admin@duevia.site.
Data we receive
- Pilot requests: name, email, company, role and voluntary description.
- Pilot account: email, protected credentials, language and timezone.
- Documents uploaded by authorized users and their derived results.
- Minimal operational events: access, changes, confirmations, errors and technical usage.
The public demo requires no document upload or personal data.
How we use it
To respond to requests, enable the pilot, process documents at the user's instruction, show obligations, schedule confirmed reminders, protect the service and measure usage without recording content in analytics. We do not sell data or use customer documents to train our own models without separate, explicit authorization.
Retention and deletion
Requests are retained while we evaluate or coordinate the pilot. Documents remain until the user deletes them or ends participation, subject to the technical window disclosed in the pilot agreement. Deletion removes the active original and derivatives; minimal security records may be retained where necessary.

You may request access, correction or deletion at admin@duevia.site. We will verify identity before acting. Do not send documents or sensitive data by email.
